General information

What time are check-in and check-out?

Your room will be approximately available from 3.00 p.m. onward on your day of arrival, and until 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

What are the reception hours ?

The reception is open 24/7 to ensure continuous assistance for guests at any time. The staff is always available for check-in, check-out, information, and support throughout the entire stay.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

The reception staff speaks Italian, English, and French, ensuring assistance and communication with guests of different nationalities.

Where is the property and how can we reach it ?

Omama Hotel is located at Via Torino 14, in a central position in Aosta, and is easily reachable by various means of transport. Guests arriving by train or bus can conveniently reach the hotel on foot in just a few minutes from the railway station and the bus terminal. For those traveling by car, simply follow the directions to the city center: the property is well connected and easy to access. Once there, the main points of interest in the city, such as the historic center, Piazza Chanoux, the Roman Theatre, and the Arch of Augustus, are all within walking distance. The Pila cable car is also located in the immediate nearby.

Does the hotel have a parking garage? Where is it located?

Omama Hotel has a private underground secured garage, with the entrance located at Via Vevey 17. The extra charge is € 16,00 per car per day (spaces are limited, and reservation is recommended). The garage also provides charging for electric vehicles, available at a cost of € 0,80 + 22% VAT per kWh.
PLEASE NOTE: vehicles powered by LPG or CNG are not permitted to access our garage.

Is there a public parking lot near the hotel?

Paying free outdoor parking spaces are available in the public lots nearby the hotel and in a garage located just150 meters away from the hotel (Via Carrel).

Does the property have an elevator?

Omama Hotel is equipped with two elevators, allowing guests to comfortably reach all floors.

Is free Wi-Fi available in the rooms and common areas?

Wi-Fi is free of charge and available both in the rooms and in the common areas. Each room has its own personal login and password to access the network.

Are pets welcome?

Small & medium adult furry friends (max 25 kg) are welcome and may enter the hotel with the exception of the breakfast room. For the additional room cleaning a € 15.00 fee per day per dog (without food) is applied

Is luggage storage available?

Free luggage storage service is available, designed to allow guests to safely leave their belongings before check-in or after check-out. This way, guests can continue exploring the city in complete comfort and without time constraints.

Is a city tax required?

Please note a city tax must be added to the quoted price: € 1,25 per person per night from May 1st to June 15, and from October 1st to November 30. € 2,50 per person per night in all other periods. Children below 15 years old are exempted.

Check-in / Check-out

How does check-in work at the property?

Upon arrival at the property, guests must register at the reception, where a valid identification document is required to complete the check-in procedures in compliance with current regulations.

Is early check-in possible? And late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and with a small additional fee. This option provides greater flexibility with arrival and departure times, allowing guests to organize their trip more comfortably and without rush.

Property & Services

Is a transfer service available?

A dedicated shuttle service is not available at the property. However, the location is well served by external transport connections and various alternatives that still allow guests to reach the property easily and move around the area comfortably, using public transport, taxis, or private options.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

The garage provides charging for electric vehicles, available at a cost of € 0.80 + 22% VAT per kWh. To make use of it, it is necessary to reserve a parking space, at an additional cost of €16.00 per night per car.

Are children allowed at the property?

The hotel is pleased to welcome families with children, offering a modern and welcoming environment designed to ensure a comfortable stay even for the youngest guests, allowing the whole family to enjoy a pleasant experience. No dedicated services are provided.

Is the property accessible to guests with disabilities?

The hotel is designed to be accessible and functional for guests with disabilities. It features elevators and barrier-free common areas, as well as dedicated, accessible rooms that ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

Is there a meeting room available?

The property features meeting rooms, available upon request and subject to availability. The spaces can be set up for business meetings, gatherings, or small corporate events, offering functional and private environments, with the possibility of adapting their layout according to specific needs.

Is there a laundry service available?

In addition to the classic laundry service, available with a fee and upon request, the hotel has an automatic washer-dryer, always available to our guests.

Is there an ironing service available?

An ironing service is available upon request, for an additional charge, allowing guests to keep their clothes neat and tidy throughout their stay. Guests can also use the iron independently, which is always available in the relaxation room.

What are the gym hours?

Omama Hotel features a small relaxation area equipped with fitness machines, always available for our guests.

Rooms

What amenities are included in the rooms ?

The rooms are equipped with a 43-inch LED TV with multilingual channels, a high-tech Kaldewei bathtub or a walk-in shower with a rain-effect showerhead, a minibar with water, unlimited Wi-Fi/LAN connection, a safe for a 15-inch laptop, independent air conditioning/heating, and an electric kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, ensuring comfort and convenience for both business and leisure stays. The spaces feature a modern and colourful style, intentionally contemporary, designed to create a young, dynamic, and welcoming atmosphere.

What is the size of the rooms?

The rooms at Omama Hotel vary in size depending on the room type:

  • Cozy and View Rooms: approximately 19–22 m²
  • Plus Rooms: approximately 23–30 m²
  • Family Rooms and Junior Suites: approximately 30–33 m²
  • Rooftop Suite: approximately 70 m²


Room dimensions may vary slightly depending on the specific room configuration, but all room types are designed to ensure comfort and functionality.

Are baby cribs and cots available?

Baby cots are available upon request for a supplement. This can be arranged at the time of booking or directly at the hotel.

Breakfast

What time is breakfast served? What does it include?

Breakfast is served in our colorful Omama Lounge from 7.00 until 10.30 am, with attention to any allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs (on request). Our offer includes a rich and varied buffet with a selection of sweet and savoury products, as well as local specialties. If breakfast is not included in the stay rate, it can be added at any time according to the following fees. Over 13 years old: € 15,00 per person, per day 4 to 12 years old: € 10,00 per person, per day 0 to 3 years old: € 5,00 per person, per day

Are gluten-free options available?

Upon request, products suitable for guests with celiac and other diseases are available, ensuring a safe breakfast tailored to different dietary needs. The staff is available to arrange alternative solutions and ensure attentive, personalized service throughout the stay.

Restaurants & Bars

Is there a restaurant at the property?

Our hotel doesn’t have a restaurant service. However its central location provides a wide variety of good options just a few minutes’ walk. Our Front Desk staff will be glad to assist you with suggestions and bookings.

Is there a bar at the property?

There is a corner bar area within the property, designed to offer guests an informal and welcoming space where they can take a break during the day.

Are there options available for special diets?

Special dietary requirements are handled upon request, ensuring attentive and personalized service for every guest. In the case of intolerances, allergies, or specific dietary preferences, the staff strives to provide suitable options in line with the breakfast offering and the hotel’s availability, while still ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Do you arrange tours and excursions in the surrounding area?

The staff is available to provide support in organizing excursions and local activities, offering personalized advice based on guests’ interests. Thanks to their knowledge of the area, they can suggest experiences, itineraries, and activities to enjoy in Aosta and its surroundings, helping guests discover the Aosta Valley at its best.

Are there any tourist attractions, restaurants, or public transportation nearby?

Omama Hotel is located in the very center of Aosta, in a strategic position that allows guests to visit the city without needing a car. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the historic center, Piazza Chanoux, the Roman Theatre, the Arch of Augustus, and the Collegiate Church of Sant’Orso. In the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants, bars, and traditional venues, as well as shops and useful services. Transport connections are also very convenient: the train station and bus terminal are easily reachable on foot, as are local public transport stops, allowing easy travel both within the city and to the main destinations in the Aosta Valley.

What credit cards do yo u accept?

To ensure maximum flexibility in payments, the property accepts the main international credit card circuits, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as the most widely used electronic payment systems.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and they are always are communicated both at the time of the offer and at the time of confirmation.
