Our Pâtisserie serves exclusively our breakfast buffet, which many describe as almost a brunch due to the variety and abundance of the selection.
The experience begins with pastries: warm, exquisite French-style croissants and pain au chocolat, fragrant and “buttery,” accompanied by artisanal tarts made with the finest local ingredients.
Local specialties abound, such as Panizzi artisanal yogurt from Courmayeur, freshly baked bread, and Alpenzu jams, a symbol of the Aosta Valley tradition.
For those who prefer savory options, the selection is just as generous: scrambled eggs, American-style bacon, sausages, grilled vegetables, artisanal savory quiches, and platters of cold cuts and select cheeses. Plus, fresh fruit salad, cornflakes, pancakes, cookies, and a small selection of products suitable for guests with celiac disease.
The beverages: uncompromising quality.
The beverage selection completes the experience with the same attention to detail: fresh milk and Lavazza coffee served in all its variations—espresso, cappuccino, marocchino, macchiatone, latte macchiato—tea, featuring the special “La Via del Tè” selection, and fruit juices.
