General information

What time are check-in and check-out?

Our rooms are available to Guests from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in) until 11:00 AM on the day of departure (check-out).

What are the reception opening hours?

Our Reception is available 24 hours a day.

Which languages are spoken at reception?

Our staff speak English, French and Spanish.

Where is the hotel located and how can it be reached?

Le Miramonti Hotel is located at Via Piccolo San Bernardo 3 in La Thuile, right in the centre of the mountain village and just 500 metres from the departure point of the “Espace San Bernardo” ski lifts. The hotel is easily reachable by car via the A5 motorway exits Morgex or Courmayeur, or by public transport with the “Arriva” bus service from the Aosta bus station.

Is parking available at the hotel?

The hotel offers parking spaces in an unattended covered garage located a few dozen metres from the hotel.
Paid service: €10.00 per day.

Does the hotel have a lift?

The hotel is equipped with both a lift and a freight elevator to comfortably reach all floors.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is free and available both in the rooms and in the common areas. Each room has its own personal login and password for network access.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets up to 15 kg are allowed, subject to Management approval and acceptance of the internal regulations, with a supplement of €15.00 per room per night.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the Wellness Centre or Restaurant.

Is luggage storage available?

Le Miramonti offers free luggage storage, allowing our guests to safely leave their belongings before check-in or after check-out. This allows guests to continue exploring the village comfortably or enjoy skiing without time constraints.

Is there a city tax?

According to regional law art. 32, paragraph 2, law reg. 13/12/2011, n.30, the Municipality of La Thuile requires a tourist tax for all guests over 14 years old of €2.50 per person per night.

Check-in / Check-out

How does check-in work?

Upon arrival, guests are required to register at reception and provide a valid ID document in compliance with current regulations.

Is early check-in available?

At reception, upon the guest’s request, a pro-forma invoice including all services used during the stay is presented. Once confirmed by the guest, check-out procedures are completed in accordance with current regulations and a fiscal receipt is issued.

Is late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out services are available upon request, subject to availability and with an additional supplement.

Hotel & Services

Is there a shuttle service?

Le Miramonti Hotel & Wellness - Espace St. Bernard
The shuttle service departs from the hotel approximately every 15 minutes and can carry a maximum of 7 people per trip. Guests are kindly requested to book the shuttle at Reception the day before in order to improve service quality.

Morning service: from 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM
Return service: from 2:00 PM to 4:45 PM

Guests are kindly requested to call Le Miramonti Hotel & Wellness 10 minutes before taking the return cable car. The service is subject to mandatory reservation at Reception and availability. Tel: +39 0165 883084

Is there an electric vehicle charging service?

The hotel does not provide electric car charging stations, but there are two public charging stations located 50 metres away.

Are children welcome?

The hotel gladly welcomes families with children. Traditional, family-friendly and welcoming, it is designed to ensure a comfortable stay even for younger guests, offering a pleasant experience for the whole family.

Does the hotel have a private beach?

No the hotel does not has a private beach.

Are bath towels provided?

Bath towels are provided free of charge at the Wellness Centre entrance. A Wellness Kit is available with a one-time supplement of €9.00.

Are baby cots and children’s beds available?

Baby cots are available upon request with a supplement. Please specify this at the time of booking.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

The rooms are exquisitely furnished with handmade furniture. Every Room and Suite at Le Miramonti features charming wooden boiserie, elegant heated bathrooms, independent heating, direct-dial telephone, minibar, LCD flat-screen TV with satellite channels, safe, hairdryer and Wi-Fi Internet connection, all surrounded by the calm and tranquillity of a peaceful alpine location.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Le Miramonti offers accessible rooms upon request and subject to availability. Lifts, barrier-free common areas and dedicated accessible rooms ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

What time is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant: Ristorante Dora.

What type of breakfast is served?

A continental breakfast buffet is served.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available?

Upon request, products suitable for guests with gluten intolerance are available to ensure a safe breakfast adapted to different dietary needs. Our staff are available to organise alternative solutions and provide attentive, personalised service during your stay.

Restaurants & Bars

Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Ristorante Dora offers dishes from Valdostan cuisine and the finest Italian culinary tradition. Service is provided in two dining rooms: one decorated with wood overlooking the Verney-Dora river and the Rutor glacier, the other with stone vault ceilings offering an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available?

Our cuisine is an experience open to everyone. We pay the utmost attention to our guests’ dietary requirements, offering a wide selection of vegetarian dishes and delicious gluten-free alternatives. Our staff are trained to manage food intolerances and allergies, ensuring maximum safety and quality without ever compromising on taste.

Is there a bar at the hotel?

Bar Faubourg is located in a panoramic area of the hotel overlooking the village of La Thuile and the entire valley. The bar features a sunny outdoor terrace available all year round and at any time of day. During winter, two outdoor braziers are lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere for après-ski and aperitifs. In addition to a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, the bar also offers sandwiches and toasts.

Spa, Pool & Gym

Is there a Spa/Wellness Centre?

Guests at Le Miramonti can enjoy the Le M Club Wellness & Fitness Centre.

What are the Spa opening hours?

Le M Club Wellness & Fitness Centre is an exclusive space to regenerate, relax and recover physical well-being. Open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Access is by reservation and subject to availability, with a maximum duration of one hour.

Is a Spa Kit provided?

We offer our Guests the Wellness Kit at €9.00 per person, including: soft bathrobe and slippers.

Is there a swimming pool?

Le M Club features a small indoor heated pool at 32°C with rejuvenating waterfalls and hydromassage corner.

What are the pool opening hours?

Le M Club Wellness & Fitness Centre is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, by reservation and subject to availability, with a maximum duration of one hour.

Are pool towels provided?

At the Wellness Centre entrance, our staff provide one bath towel per guest free of charge.

Is there a gym?

No, there isn't a gym.

Activities, experiences & events

Does the hotel offer concierge service?

Yes, our hotel offers a Concierge service ready to assist with bookings, information and excursion planning during your stay.

Do you organise tours and excursions?

Please ask Reception for information about excursions in La Thuile and the surrounding area. The hotel is located in the centre of an area of extraordinary beauty and variety, offering activities such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing, heliskiing, freeride, dogsledding, visits to Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths, hikes to alpine lakes, streams and some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Valle d’Aosta.

Is it possible to organise weddings or private events?

The hotel may host private events upon request and subject to availability.

Payments & cancellations

Which credit cards are accepted?

Le Miramonti accepts the main international credit card circuits, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, ensuring secure and flexible payment services.

What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation Policy (Direct Booking Rate Only)

  • Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival: no charge
  • Cancellations made between 20 and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the booked stay charged
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the booked stay charged
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 75% of the booked stay charged
  • Cancellations made between 3 days before arrival and the arrival day itself, no-shows, late arrivals and early departures: 100% of the booked stay charged
